IIM'S FORMATION SPACES' RENTAL PRICES

Aditional regulations for the usage of the spaces 

1. 1.      The usage fees are 50% higher on weekdays and 100% on public holidays.

1. 2.      For a rental contract superior to 30 days, a 20% discount can be applied, except in the months of July and August and, between the 15th and the 31st December.

1. 3.      Almost every space can be prepared with an LCD projector, screen projector, videotape recorder, DVD, TV monitor and computer, as long as they are requested in advance, at the time of the reservation.

1. 4.      The Auditorium has equipment and cabins for simultaneous translation.

1. 5.      The usage of audio-visual equipment adds 15% to the rental price.

1. 6.      The payment of the outside hired technicians for the handling of the simultaneous translation equipment is on the account of the person renting the space.

1. 7.      Coffe, tea and water and cookies can be served between the sessions, at the price of $15 per person, or another menu (more complete) at the price of $35 per person, for each recess.
